Level Design: No One Can See You
Worldbuilding
Date
May 2025
This level design proposal for No One Can See You presents a haunting, memory-driven survival experience where players navigate a war-ravaged world as a ghost, evading adaptive alien predators through stealth, strategy, and emotional discovery. Using the random prompt with genre Hidden Object, rule No One Can See You, setting World War, theme Love Against the Odds
In No One Can See You, players enter a ruined Earth caught in a brutal war between humanity and The Hollow—a mysterious alien force that hunts not with eyes, but through light, heat, and sound. You are the ghost of a fallen knight, trapped between life and death, driven by love and the desperate hope of reuniting with “The Princess.” As a spirit, you drift unseen, but powerless; by collecting fragmented memories, you gradually reclaim your body—gaining strength, but also becoming visible to the enemy. Armed only with a fading battery and a Polaroid camera to trace ghostly echoes, you must outwit alien hunters that adapt to your every move, shifting between ghost and physical forms to survive. In this haunting world where existence itself is fluid, and every shadow may hide a threat, the question lingers: what does it mean to be seen—and what are you willing to become to be whole again?
